New clients, please fill out the health intake form and review the “Massage Expectations” form. Please fill out an intake form for each animal that will be receiving a massage. It should be a fillable PDF that you can email to me at hoofandclawbodywork@gmail.com, please let me know if you have trouble with the form. If you would rather print and fill it out by hand, that’s fine, you can just bring it to the appointment.

New patient appointments are always at least one hour. If you would like to have a gait analysis session with your horse, please plan for a 90 minute session and let me know that you would like to do so.

Only one travel fee will be charged per appointment regardless of number of animals, the travel fee can be split between multiple clients if desired.

• Small animal initial massage: $75

• Small animal 60 min massage: $65

• Small animal 30 min massage: $50

• Large animal initial massage: $110

• Large animal initial massage w/ gait analysis: $150

• Large animal 60 min massage: $100

• Manual Lymphatic Drainage: $80

Travel Fees:

• Portland: $10

• Zone A (up to 45 min travel time): $20

• Zone B (45 min to 90 min travel time): $50

• Zone C (travel time per 30 min over 90 min): starting at $70
